Here is the 5 tiered cake I did for our sons wedding back in April. The cake was designed entirely by my daughter in law which I loved as it made it so personal.

I had to travel 6 hours with this cake and made a few mistakes along the way with a little too much dry ice which then froze the top 2 tiers of my cake but a good lesson was learned,lol. Each tier was a different flavor and you know your cakes are good when you have people coming back to try each and every tier and telling you that the last one was their favorite every time,lol.

My favorite tier on this is the all Navy metallic tier it was simply stunning thanks to Trucolor deep blue shines, it was also the brides favorite tier who I was so concerned would hate it but she loved the metallic feel to it. Loved the color palette I had to work with and the day was one we will cherish forever.
