Well this is my first attempt at a carousel cake . Really was a challenge too !
Had so much trouble with the horses ! Just couldn’t get them to stick to the poles! In the end I attached them with a piece of gum paste at the back . Must be a better way though .
Then the tails fell off !! Swiftly put back on with the help of some cocktail sticks for support !
I thought it would be a relatively easy cake , gosh I was so wrong ! Took twice as long and i finally finished it at 7am !! delivered at 10 am ! Such a tiring week but it was so worth it to see the customers reaction ❤️❤️
