It’s made from a 10 inch salted caramel base cake, hand decorated to look like a Manolo Blahnik box, topped with a 6 inch lemon cake Gucci themed box, with Gucci logo imprinting, hand sculpted Gucci labels and lettering, trimmed with three hand sculpted red and gold roses and leaves, topped with a hand sculpted red sugar Gucci Shoe
