Ok so the specs were a Monkey and a Pineapple, a cake for twins.
I made a Madeira sponge and layered it with orange and green candy floss flavoured buttercream shaping it into an oval for the pineapple,, and cut the top out to fit the monkey I had sculptured from Rice Krispie treats, I iced and airbrushed the pineapple and Lola the monkey separately and fixed when dry with royal icing,all the decoration was fondant with Tylo or flowerpaste mix coloured and hand painted.
