This unicorn loving couple (who provided the topper) wanted a cake that ticked all their boxes – fantasy, beautiful, eye-catching, unusual, purple, and of course Scottish. This was the result – all our own design with the two tartans coming up through the spacers in the centre then flowing from the top and down the sides of the cake.

Lower tier – chocolate sponge with orange infused buttercream. Middle tier – Lemon sponge with lemon buttercream and home made lemon curd. Top tier – vanilla sponge with salted caramel buttercream.
