Firstly I’d like to say I’m new to this site and not really sure how it all works at all but I thought I’d start by sharing my favorite cake. This cake is dear to me for a few reasons, it was one of the first big cakes I made since starting cake decorating classes last February and it was made for my beautiful daughter Ashton who requested herself to be placed in the magical Alice in wonderland theme for her special birthday cake. Back then I did have a little more time on my hands and I can say it’s one of the most enjoyable cakes I’ve made :)
