My birthday was in early July and to celebrate with my family I was determined to make a cake despite very limited time up my sleeve. It was also a cake that I wanted to bring some happiness to mum before a major operation a few days later. So the cake specs are: Top tier – Strawberry Mud, Middle Tier – Vegan/GF Devils Food and Bottom Tier – Vegan/GF Marble cake. Hope you like it :)
