I’ve wanted to do Beatrix Potter’s illustrations in edible form for a while and I chose to make these delicious gingerbread cookies for our lovely collaboration. I covered each cookie with modelling chocolate and then hand-painted some illustrations directly onto the modelling chocolate. Although I had a lot of fun, the best part came when we ate up the cookies, they were irresistible… you should try that flavor combination!!
