Crystal & Pink Chandelier

This hanging chandelier cake is one of my favs! The couple takes their ceremonial slice from the top and the caterer can remove each tier easily from the bottom to serve. We usually make a separate anniversary cake and box it just to make it easier on our brides. And yes, it is all cake – no styro here!
