Harry Potter Book Cake

Each book was a 9×13” cut in half. The Jelly Bean Bag, Money Bag and wand were made out modelling chocolate. The Golden Snitch was a polystyrene ball covered in fondant and airbrushed. The Galleons are made of chocolate. I made a mould from an actual replica Harry Potter coin. The basilisk fang is made of fondant around a dowel. The pouring potion is pulled sugar (the container is glass). The letter is hand painted gumpaste. I loved making this cake :)
