This is my birthday cake. (Having a big celebration tomorrow) Wanted to show some of the roles I have played most of my life: First and foremost I am a Daughter of the King (of Kings); as well as a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, mother-in-law and a daughter.
Bottom layer is my moist yellow cake, middle tier is double coconut and the top is a gluten free coconut cake, all covered in fondant. Decorations are gum paste; flowers were purchased. Pictures are laminated copies of the originals.
