This is my sons 13th birthday cake he is a crazy walking dead fan and the theme i was given to work with was gruesome and the TV series and this is the end product, the bottom tier is made to look like human flesh stitched together with a 3d heart and human entrails and fingers. The middle tier is set to look like the scene from the TV series were the zombies are locked inside the hospital doors and the final tier sculpted from cake and RKT is a decapitated zombie head and lashings of edible fake blood, needless to say my son loves it.
