July 1st is my wedding anniversary. Forty four happy years. Made a 5 inch gluten free triple coconut cake covered in chocolate fondant. Roses are also made of the same fondant and sprayed with Wilton’s gold mist spray. Blue and white flowers are made of gum paste and white border is made with Wilton’s sugar sheets and Martha Stewart’s lace punch.
