This cake was so fun to make. The cake is a 3 layer 8" round white velvet cake, torted and filled with chantilly cream and fresh sliced strawberries. The ‘ice cream’ is cake crumbled, mixed with buttercream and molded then covered with fondant. The cake is covered in fondant as well. The long sprinkles are hand made since I didn’t have the right colors on hand so I used a clay extruder to make strings and cut the sprinkles out individually. Thanks for looking!
