Texas A&M Seal

This groom’s cake was a kahlua fudge cake with a brown sugar and almond crust and then covered in chocolate buttercream. The Texas A&M seal was made with gumpaste lettering and hand cut fondant decorations. The boots, Texas shape, and armadillo are solid chocolate.
