Here is my contribution to the Sweet Summer Collaboration.

“Sandy” is bas relief, sculpted out of fondant onto the side of a cake. The piece was created white and then painted entirely with Rolkem dusts to represent a flirty, fun Summer scene.

It is chilly here in Brisbane but so nice to enjoy so much sunshine with these cakes and it was a pleasure to be a part of such an amazing collaboration! Thank you Isabel Tamargo x
