This was a last minute cake for my pastor’s wife. Her birthday fell on Father’s Day so the Tuesday morning prayer group decided to celebrate it Tues. after prayer.
This cake is a bakery quality white cake recipe I found on the internet. Had it for a long time but this is the first time making it. Covered in fondant. This particular fondant cracks and falls apart when trying to smooth it. Will never use it again!! The decorations are extras from another cake I made.
