So in love with this one! This is what you get when you ask an animal lover for a hunting themed cake….a celebration of the beauty of the animal! And an excuse to make a tree stump! I LOVE doing wood looks in cake!

The buck is hand-painted & the antlers are modeling chocolate. The tree bark is solid chocolate ganache, and the board is weathered wood fondant.

Bottom tier is Red velvet cake with Snickerdoodle cookie filling—an unusual combination asked for by the client, but they raved about it, so it was a good one! Middle cake is Key Lime Margarita cake and filling. Top tier is Black Velvet cake with Oreo White chocolate buttercream filling.
