This was a cake design I created for this years Squires Exhibition as I was exhibiting in the wedding cakes showroom. I created four designs and this one was based around the large pink peonies. The design ended up changing more than once and evolved to something that reminded me of Asia or flamenco dancers in Spain.
It was my first black cake, and I was pleased with the way it all came together (eventually) in the end.
