How to make Western elegant? That is the question. The groom loves cowboy hats & boots, so a hat topper was a nice solution. Being a former horse-crazy girl who was Miss Rodeo Georgia 1988 myself (EEEK! Was it THAT long ago????), I LOVE the gorgeous tooled leather on fine saddles, so I created a tooled leather look from some of my beautiful molds that also included a heart motif, perfect for a wedding. It’s too bad the lighting & my sad photo skills don’t show off the detail as pretty as it looked in person. The lasso tier, barn ‘wood’ board, & succulents complete the Elegant Western look.

Top two tiers are Red Velvet with Almond Amaretto Buttercream filling, & the bottom tier is Strawberry Lemonade.
