This is a four layer vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry preserve. The hardest thing about this cake was colour matching the buttercream to the sugarpaste…took me about an hour before I was satisfied..lol and using a petal dust instead of blue paste colouring helped a lot too.
