2 tier fondant cake for 1 year birthday. My little boy loves Shaun the Sheep so I made this cake for him.

The cake is Danish Dream Cake which is a light and delicious cake. I have split the cakes in order to make a 2 layer cake. The fillings consist of raspberry mousse and chocolate mousse. I have covered the cakes with chocolate ganache and fondant.

Shaun the Sheep and Tiny Timmy is made from fondant mixed with Tylo powder.
