Petals and Rosettes

I made this cake back for teacher appreciation day, just didnt post it! It’s a 10 in 2 layer apple cinnamon cake with cinnamon buttercream. I had only ever done “tiny” cakes with the petal technique…so about half way thru the petals I had already decided there wouldnt be petals on top! So quick and easy rosettes it was!
