7 " chocolate base topped with 8" chocolate layer (double barrel) trimmed down and narrowed at the base, covered in chocolate ganache (a first) and filled with strawberry preserves covered in fondant and textured and Steampunked out! So much fun! The feathers were made with rice paper.
