Three tiered Cake Bite Cake for a wedding. Each tier had a different flavor of cake bites (1st – Italian cream, 2nd – Red Velvet, 3rd – Banana Pudding)

Wow, the different colors are fantastic! Any tips on coloring the chocolate?!

When coloring my candy coating, I always start lighter and go darker, because it is way easier to go darker than lighter It takes way less candy coating to do that. Also, I use the Wilton Candy Colors to color the candy coating.
