Hi everybody
I made this cake on a one to one class with a cake friend who came over from Greece for a few days to learn as much as I could teach her basically in 3 days. The cake is a real one which I showed her how to split, buttercream, ganache, ice and achieve the sharp edges as well as make the teddy and show her the board effect too (with a tool no embossing sheet)
I absolutely love teaching so much more relaxing and seeing your students faces with their end product and their smiley faces makes it all worth it.
