Long time no post! We’ve recently moved back home to Australia and I haven’t started taking orders yet. However it’s hard not to ‘cake’ and this is one of the cuties I recently made. I tried the recipe from Meringue Girls and the little fellas came out perfect – so shiny I wanted to wear them as earrings!!! :) The cake is a dark chocolate with caramel-meringue buttercream filling and vanilla meringue buttercream outside with dark chocolate ganache drip.
