April is Autism awareness month!

In Canada Autism is well known disorder where parents can detect it in early age due to their awareness of the symptoms. however in Egypt "my homeland " parents and community needs more time to reach that stage .
As a cake decorator and a leader in that filed in Egypt , Asmaa Elsaied decided to dedicate an online cake collaboration to raise the awareness in Egypt through edible art (different is not less) .
I was one of many ,humbly ,joining that noble cause .

I chose for my piece some symbols that touched my heart for Autism . I had absolutely no cutters for any of the puzzle pieces! It was all hand made .
The head for me represents the autistic person whom we can look at and absolutely see nothing beyond his human features ,while if we took a second look we can will have a glimpse at a very bright and beautiful puzzled mind . Maybe then we can lend a hand to help him solve some of the puzzles !!.
The tree represents the autism awareness that is growing with its beautiful colourful puzzly leaves after each and every kind gesture we do .

Lending helping hands to raise the awareness and protect our children for a better future on Mother Earth .
The last symbol was a beautiful butterfly (my favourite ❤️) with all the colourful puzzles flying away hopefully to a better place .

This project by far was the most exhausting project I have done since I pursued this career ! I was filled with Mixed of emotions by every piece of puzzle I try to fit !!!it was very Difficult :/ and thinking this is the life of lots of beautiful children out there , trying to fit in the daily life pieces every day , made me believe that we only exist to make their life easier not visa versa !
