This was my first standing cake. Made in November for my Dad’s 60th Birthay.

I found Cake Décor because of this cake.

I was looking for other Gonzo Cakes and stumbled across a cake done by Alana Lily Chocolates & Cakes on cake Décor. She kindly answered some questions for me in regards to the shaping of the head.

Gonzo stood about 75cm, and although his faults are easy to see, it was both a challenge and a pleasure to make.
