A very special cake for me, as this is the first time I have made a cake this size. At 4.5 ft tall and 445 flowers, this towering cake weighs almost 30kgs. The client had given a reference image from Ron Ben Israel’s catalogue, which made me nervous and excited AT&T he same time. So, this is my humble attempt at recreating his masterpiece.
