Bit late in posting this. Made this for a Holi celebration. Holi is a Hindu spring festival, welcoming New Year as per Hindi Calendar. We celebrate it with lots of colour! So here my cake is also bedecked in holi colors.
I tried this water color effect directly on cream cheese.
