Acts of Green - Global Warming
Acts of Green - Global Warming

Inspiration:
We built our global warming machine!!!

My piece represents how we want to use machines to make our lives easier but we don´t realize that what we build is rather harmful than helpful to us. We are consuming the world to death as you can see in my work. We should try to go back to our roots and not depend so much onmachines. We would surely be happier and probably our future generations would have the opportunity to live much better. Many years ago I saw a guy wearing a t-shirt with a skull inside the globe, that made such an impact in me that when I was invited to this collaboration I thought it would suit perfectly. I have tried to find it via internet but had no results.

Welcome to UNSAs 2nd annual collaboration, Acts of Green, celebrating our planet and all who reside here. This Earth Day Fri April 22nd, the over 400 members of UNSA would like to invite you to this preview of what is to come and make everyday about Earth Day!!
The issues facing our planet are vast and overwhelming but by supporting the National Geographic Society, this years chosen nonprofit, we are giving to an organization that has made a tangible effort to help reverse the damage that has been done and educate future generations.
“The National Geographic Society has been inspiring people to care about the planet since 1888. It is one of the largest nonprofit scientific and educational institutions in the world. Its interests include geography, archaeology and natural science, and the promotion of environmental and historical conservation.” http://nationalgeographic.org/
