Hi cakey guys! This was a cake i did a while back, last year, for Delilahs 6th birthday! Bottom tier is vanilla butter cake, with jam and buttercream, airbrushed sky blue……top tier is choc fudge cake with ganache, with royal icing icicles. Elsa and Anna are hand painted on fondant cut outs and olaf is modelled from gumpaste. hope you like it!

Ive come away from caking over the last 6 months….just to have a break from it and concentrate more on my family xx
However i’ll always be on here from time to time and cant take cake decorating away from my heart. Watch this space! :-)
