Constructed using cakes decreasing 1" each time with a polystyrene cone to create the point. Once ganached covered in fondant before adding each individual feather cut from edible rice paper.

At wedding fayres it certainly catches peoples eye and a great conversation point – usually with other cake decorators!

Hard work but most definitely an amazing centre piece for any wedding.
