The cake was covered in Fondant and piped with royal icing. Elsa was cut from fondant and hand painted. Her dress was accented with sparkling sugar. Snowflakes were cut with snowflake plunger and accented with silver dragees. The birthday girl’s name was made with a silicon letter mold.
