I designed this wedding cake for a couple who met studying horticulture. They’re just not the Ivory & Roses type so I went for a mixture of a naked ganache tier for an unpolished, natural look with a fondant-covered top tier, a nod to the more traditional wedding style. Chose an eclectic mix of flowers; hand-painted magnolia and morning glory; hand made sugar honeysuckle, all inspired by details on the bride’s floral gown. Hope you like!
