This was the first time I had done the square cakes in an offset fashion. I think it’s so cool, like a spiral! The champagne-colored tiers are stenciled with hand-piping for dimension.

The top tier is White Velvet cake with Raspberry Jam filling. The second tier is Red Velvet Cake with Lemon Bavarian Cream filling. Third tier down is White Velvet cake with Strawberry-Orange Liqueur buttercream filling. Bottom tier is a dummy cake & sadly not very tasty! Haha! Florals are fresh flowers.
