I had a great oppurtinity to create almost 130cm tall cake for very special vietnamese wedding.
All nine tiers was covered by fondant, some of them with a golden sequins. I spent three nights to make a vafer paper flowers. Cake was inspired by The Caketress.
First 4 tiers was a real cake and 5 bottom cake a dummy. Main purpose of this cake was a wow effect not to feed all the guests;-)
