This cake was done for a collaboration for Polka Dots Cake Academy, the theme being Manish Arora fashions. The bright colours scream summer and the delicate butterflies remind us of happiness! The bottom tier was done to replicate the skirt of the dress in coloured wafer paper and wafer paper butterflies. The top tier brought centre stage to a large gum paste butterfly.
