Cake prepared for a Fundraising Gala (A Rose Inn Bloom) to benefit the Friends of Karen Foundation.

Decor was inspired by the Gala (roses in various stages of blooming to represent the event – A Rose Inn Bloom) as well as the Foundation (the gelatin bubbles & rose colors in the foundation colors to represent Friends of Karen).

The Friends of Karen Logo on the top tier was hand painted and the 12” base includes almost 300 ombre rose petals in the Foundation’s colors.

Cake flavors = chocolate and vanilla with chocolate buttercream filling.
