I love it when i get free reign on cakes!! I was asked to make a venetian style cake for a young lady’s 21st with the following criteria….

Cadbury purple, turquoise and a mask ontop like the colours in peacock feathers.

So did a couple of designs and she chose this one!

I must say i loved how the colours popped and this cake was like a good book…i just couldnt put it down before i realised it, it was 3.15am!! oops!

The mask is edible too!

The lady wasnt local either and asked if i could meet her on the motorway the next morning at 10am! haha

She was a little darling she even bought me a card, wine, flowers and chocolates for my boys!! so sweet of her!
