Vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam and buttercream covered in sugarpaste. Carved as a golden labrador and pheasant (yes, both of them ARE cake) and airbrushed with handpainted finishing touches.

As you can see this pooch has been good old day retrieving the birds and now he has brought the last pheasant of the day and is waiting for his reward ;)
