I had so much fun making this cake… My client loved it and (between us), I loved it too.

The bottom tier was vanilla sour cream; middle tier chocolate and top tier, red velvet. All the decorations were hand made. I had to travel over an hour to deliver it and it got there without a peep. I’ve been using the new Wilton rod system and it’s made a big difference.
