4th Birthday Monkey Cake

I made this cake for my sons joint 4th birthday celebration with all his mates from our Mum’s coffee group. Bottom tier is vanilla rainbow cake with vanilla bean buttercream, and the top is chocolate cake with white chocolate swiss meringue b/c. Monkey’s are handmade (first time making a monkey and second time ever making a figurine) and everything is edible other than the ballons (fondant covered polystyrene foam balls on florist wire).
