Here’s my contribution for the lovely collaboration – Away with the Fairies. Over 100 cake decorators had to do a sugar fairy and send it to Ireland, where they where displayed in a sugar forest as a center piece for the Irish Sugar Craft show last weekend in Dublin.

Thank you Philip and Breda and the whole team for setting up this amazing idea.

My fairy is a warrior. Her name is Gaia and she protected the other cute and little fairies while on display. ;o) haha…. She’s made up of modelling chocolate, wafer paper and painted. I added couple of close up progress photos and Gaia at the exhibition.
