I’ve been thinking about a way to pay tribute to David Bowie in cake. I’ve wanted to make a David Bowie cake since I started cake decorating two years ago, but never had the opportunity. When he died I was determined to make it happen, and then the opportunity to join this collaboration happened and it was like the stars aligned…..we will miss you, we were so lucky to have had you here on Earth as long as we did and your music will continue to move generations to come.
