This cake is vanilla cake with salted caramel filling ,, was made for a 17 year old boy’s surprise birthday party. this is my second bike cake after Royal Enfield , engine to tank and seats r all carved and covered with fondant, I fixed a small led light in front. The engine elements r made with gum paste. It took 3 days to complete this cake. The best part was knowing that the birthday boy screamed with joy when he looked at his cake :)
