This cake is made for two sisters celebrating their birthdays on the same day. Their dad wanted some thing grand and big for his daughters . Hence I designed this carosel cake keeping the colours light so that the gold is highlighted . We Indians love gold:) . For the gum paste horses I had to make a silicon Mould with a plastic horse, and put a wooden dowel through it and dried. They are decorated piping royal icing . It took me 2 days to finish.
