I’m so happy and excited to show you the woodland wedding cake, I made for the spring issue, Vol 23 of the DIY Weddings Magazine. So proud that the cake is shown in the content and the preview of the magazine! ☺
The leaves and petals are made of wafer paper and the blackberries, Mushrooms and moss are made of fondant.
This was my inspiration:
The hidden world of the forest, the freshness of soft moss, the elegance of delicate mushrooms and wild morning glory and the mystery of brambles and ferns. I had the vision of a bride dressed in white with a wreath of fern, ivy and blackberries, natural and pure.
