I Didn't Want To Interrupt!

This was for a 70th Birthday and a Retirement. Lisa ordered it for her parents. They actually look so much like the actors in the photos, that everyone calls them, “Frank and Marie”!

I didn’t have molds for frames so I made them from scratch with Satin Ice gumpaste and fondant. I then used edible gold glaze. I used a small mold for the border trim on ‘Marie’s’ frame.

The rest of the cake is buttercream.
